Child Safety Standards
Last updated: September 6, 2026
Timxel has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. These standards explain what is prohibited on Timxel, how to report it, and what we do when it is reported. To reach our child safety team directly, email ekailpet.community.app.dev@gmail.com.
1. Our commitment
Timxel is a community for pet lovers, and keeping it safe is a condition of everything else we build. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation across our app and services, we act quickly on reports, and we cooperate with law enforcement and child safety organizations. These standards apply to every user, every piece of content, and every feature of Timxel.
2. What we prohibit
The following are strictly prohibited on Timxel, with no exceptions:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — creating, uploading, sharing, requesting or linking to any sexual or sexualized content involving a minor, whether real, altered or generated.
- Grooming and predatory behavior — contacting, befriending or manipulating a minor with the aim of sexual abuse or exploitation, on or off the platform.
- Sexualization of minors — content or comments that depict, describe or solicit minors in a sexual manner.
- Trafficking and extortion — advertising, soliciting or facilitating the sexual exploitation, abuse or trafficking of a minor, including sextortion.
Violating these standards results in immediate content removal and account termination, and — where the law requires or allows — a report to the relevant authorities.
3. How to report
Every piece of content and every profile on Timxel can be reported in the app:
- Report content — open the post, reel, comment or story, tap the ⋯ menu, and choose Report. Reports are confidential.
- Block a user — from any profile, tap the ⋯ menu and choose Block to stop all interaction.
- Email us — for anything involving a child's safety, contact ekailpet.community.app.dev@gmail.com. Reports about child safety are prioritized ahead of all other reports.
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first, then report to us.
4. How we enforce
- Child safety reports are reviewed with the highest priority.
- Content that violates these standards is removed as soon as it is identified.
- Accounts involved in CSAE are permanently terminated.
- We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the appropriate regional authorities, as required by law, and we preserve associated evidence for law enforcement.
- We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement agencies.
5. Age requirements
Timxel is not directed at children. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your country, if higher) to create an account. Accounts found to belong to underage users are removed, along with their personal information, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Compliance with child safety laws
Timxel complies with applicable child safety laws in the regions where the app is available, including laws requiring the reporting of child sexual abuse material to competent authorities. These standards are reviewed regularly and updated as laws and best practices evolve.
7. Child safety point of contact
Our designated child safety contact can be reached at ekailpet.community.app.dev@gmail.com. This inbox is monitored and is prepared to discuss our CSAE prevention practices and respond to notices from users, authorities and app stores.
